Compensation USD1K - 1.25K/month. Location Remote (for Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Perú residents). Qualifications 2+ years of experience in IT support and system administration. Proficient in AD (Active Directory), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Windows. Spanish - Native or fully fluent. English - Native or fully fluent. Responsibilities Provide remote first- and second-level technical support to staff across the firm. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively. Manage and support Windows-based systems, Active Directory, and Office 365. Operate in a hybrid Azure environment, ensuring secure and reliable access. Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests with clear documentation. Provide occasional after-hours support as needed for critical issues. Requirements 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles. Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365. Experience with Azure or hybrid cloud environments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.). Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. Fluent in English.
