**IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- We’re looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to provide IT support to the growing Sellerate team. The IT support specialist will be responsible for day to day tasks that include troubleshooting technical issues, set up and dispatching of laptops as well as some long term initiatives like streamlining IT escalation processes and sharing best practices.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- IT troubleshooting
- Manage inventory of MacBooks in Argentina
- Prepare MacBook before shipping to employees
- Create accounts for new employees
- Review system alerts and take necessary actions
- Ensure all systems have 2FA and strong password criteria enabled
- Work with clients to ensure that their systems have 2FA and strong password criteria enabled
- Proactively share best practices and recommendations around IT
- Create a process to submit IT requests, ideally using a ticketing system

**DO YOU HAVE?**
- Availability to work full-time
- Proficiency in the macOS environment
- More than 1 year of work experience in an IT support related role.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A proactive, forward-thinking mentality
