Job Overview Marketing Coordinator – Architectural Resources Group Architectural Resources Group (ARG) is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across all of our offices (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, and recent expansion to Denver). ARG is a dynamic and interdisciplinary firm of 50+ people who have a passion for historic places of all kinds, resulting in award‑winning work that enhances and reinvigorates historic sites across the Pacific West. The ideal candidate will share this interest in the stories embedded in the built environment. The Marketing Coordinator will develop familiarity with ARG’s mission, areas of expertise, portfolio and strategic goals. The successful candidate will work closely with current marketing team members located in Los Angeles and Portland. The new Coordinator will be self‑motivated and may be located in any of our three offices. ARG offers an office‑centric hybrid work environment with an option to work remotely up to two days a week. Responsibilities Lead qualification and proposal responses and their compilation by soliciting and coordinating information from internal staff, external consultants, and other team members for inclusion in proposal and presentation materials. Write, edit, and proofread qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submittals. Maintain a schedule to identify and track deadlines for proposal pursuits. Track industry leads for potential new work. Update marketing collateral such as firm introduction, project sheets, and resumes. Contribute to development of website and social media content. Participate in interview preparation including developing graphic presentations. Identify and implement creative ways to enhance our marketing efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in marketing or a similar position at an A/E/C firm, or Associate Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in marketing or at an A/E/C firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign. Experience with a CRM database. Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Graphic design competency a plus. Team player with a supportive attitude. Flexibility and an ability to transition tasks with ease.
