We are searching for the best talent for the “Professional Marketing Specialist” to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Santiago de Chile, Chile. Please consider that this is a temporary position for 12 months, with contract extension possibility. Purpose : Responsible for leading the professional marketing activities for ACUVUE® Brand contact lenses in South Hub (Argentina, Chile, Perú, Uruguay, Paraguay), the most trusted Brand by Eye Care Professionals globally. The Professional Marketing Specialist will lead with Professional Education & Development Area (PED) on eye care professionals (ECPs) education through offline and online channels, in order to raise the level of contact lens (CL) fitting, increase the ECP’s engagement with the CL category as well as brand recommendation. Lead professional marketing strategies and tactics formulation aligned to brand strategies in order to enable ECPs credentials and recommendation. Lead the engagement plan of our professional education online site JJVPRO in order to increase our ECP’s enrolment and traffic. Support PED area on the local professional congress participation, leading the event organization with the event agency. Support PED area on the ACUVUE® Eye Health Advisor Symposium (AEHA) execution, leading the event organization with the event agency. Support PED area on the relationship to Professional Associations & Ophthalmologist approach to ensure strong partnership and collaboration. Partner with PED area to develop key opinion leaders (KOLs). Leads publications in professional magazines both online and offline. Be the point of contact for Regional Communication Area to align publications in J&J Vision LinkedIn Profile. Responsible for professional materials adaptation and approval in Veeva to support the Professional Area on the educational program execution. Monthly field visits with the professional team to gather insights from the ECPs and translate them into action plans. Responsible for budget administration for educational program execution. Ensures compliance in all activities aligned to HCC requirements and policies. Works closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Professional Education & Development Area, Sales, Regulatory Affairs (RA), Health Care Compliance (HCC), Finance, Legal, Business Quality (QA)) to achieve objectives. Qualifications University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration. More than 2 years of experience in Professional Marketing in Pharma Industry, consumer or related, with strong experience in event organization & health professional engagement. Digital skills and previous digital experience in online sites management is a must. Strong connection & highly collaborative with internal and external stakeholders, good at building strong relationships with peers, cross‑functional counterparts, upper management. High standard of core values, ethics, and compliance accomplishment. Strong English communication skills (B2). Interviews will be performed in English.
