What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities) Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems and applications using Python, LLM frameworks, and cloud services (AWS preferred). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate and optimize AI solutions that enhance performance, security, and automation in payment processing. Contribute to the architecture of LLM‑based products through prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and modern scalability techniques. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and best practices in DevOps/MLOPs. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to continuously improve product capabilities and innovation. Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Python for backend or AI/ML development. 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML or LLM‑based solutions , including prompt engineering, RAG, and fine‑tuning techniques. 3+ years working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex , and experience building interactive AI applications using Streamlit or Gradio . 3+ years of experience with Docker , containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar). 3+ years implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines , Git‑based version control, and DevOps practices . 3+ years working with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS , but Azure or GCP are acceptable). Proven experience applying scalability and performance optimization patterns (caching, asynchrony, decoupling, parallelism, etc.). Strong background in system design , software architecture , and API integration. Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory. Nice to Have Experience in evaluation and observability of generative AI applications. Familiarity with microservice architectures and API integrations. Exposure to Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools. Open‑source contributions or publications in AI/ML or software engineering. Understanding of AI ethics, model governance, and responsible AI practices.
