Finance Project Lead ChampionX is seeking an Finance Project Lead to join our Finance team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the planning and coordination of Finance Projects activities in GBS. What’s in it for You The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture What You Will Do Closely partners with all listed stakeholders to orchestrate adequate knowledge transfer through different phases of the projects Connects stakeholders to accomplish project plan Trains onboarding SME/analysts and sets expectations according to knowledge transfer plan Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify key considerations affecting or related to the project and/or designed solution proposal, and conducts testing to adjust as needed Partners with Process Documentation consultant to translate needs and outcomes of the project Collaborates during Hypercare Period, partnering on a regular basis Proactively manages potential deviations from original plan, mapping different actions Regularly gives Project Management feedback according to SMEs and adjusts project documentation Supports the designs and conduction of Change Management Plan as needed Position Details Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance Advanced level of written and spoken Business English 5 years experience in Finance related jobs 2 years experience leading projects in Finance Ability to work independently and a self-starter SAP Knowledge Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail, with sensitivity to deadlines Result oriented, proactive, and possess a high level of integrity Flexible, team-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and project management skills About ChampionX ChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
