Para empresa de tecnología en crecimiento, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Project Lead. Sus principales responsabilidades serán.: Liderar el diseño, desarrollo del roadmap y generación de la propuesta de valor de los productos y proyectos a tu cargo de forma tal que sea posible implementar soluciones escalables. Colaborar activamente en la ejecución del lanzamiento de productos en un entorno 100% digital (Plataformas, APPs, APIs, etc.). Contribuir activamente en la ideación de la estrategia competitiva. Asegurar la priorización y correcta ejecución de los proyectos a su cargo (ej.: backlog, iteración, user stories, product release, etc) y ROI Identificar, negociación adquisición de partners que contribuyan activamente al crecimiento del negocio. Trabajar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (scrum). Responsable del cumplimiento de KPIs de los proyectos a su cargo. Conocer y aplicar metodología Agile, scrum, Kanban, etc Contar con experiencia relevante en start-ups, empresas digitales, financieras o de tecnología será un plus. Habilidades requeridas Mínimo 3 años de experiencia relevante como Project Lead asociado a desarrollo de plataformas, APPs (IOS y Android) y/o proyectos de tecnología. Experiencia en análisis técnico/funcional (excluyente). Poseer capacidad de liderazgo, empatía, manejo de dinámicas complejas, cambiantes y cumplir con fechas ajustadas. Experiencia (trackrecord) en desarrollo en liderazgo de proyectos y diseño de productos y servicios financieros (B2B2C / P2P), gamfication, loyalty, preferentemente en fintechs, insurtech, tech companies, e-commerce, o banca. Habilidad para interactuar con variedad de herramientas de gestión y Analytics. Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales y capacidad de escucha. Conocimiento de metodología Agile / scrum (excluyente). Estudiantes o egresados de Carreras de Sistemas (Terciarias o Universitarias) (excluyente).
