Superside is looking for a craft-focused, creatively driven Video Editor to help us take our video production to the next level. We’ve already redefined how creative work gets done, video included, by combining world-class talent, smart workflows, and cutting-edge tools. This role is an opportunity to shape what modern video production looks like: fast, high-quality, collaborative, and deeply creative. If you're excited about experimenting with formats, blending craft with speed, and creating work that inspires teams and delights customers, this is the role for you. What you’ll do: Research trends in digital and social content, with a focus on post-production techniques. Contribute ideas and creative direction on briefs, bringing deep video expertise to every project. Own your editing pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers along the way. Produce short-form videos that stand out, crafting compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed. Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels. Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques. What you’ll need to succeed: 2+ years of experience creating high-quality editing preferably with any on-set experience. Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills. Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus). Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms. Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling. Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits. Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines. A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output. Other nice bonuses: Animation and Adobe After Effects, Copywriting, AI, Motion Graphics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
