Lo que buscamos +5 años de experiencia en Customer Success, Account Management o roles similares Experiencia comprobable manejando cuotas individuales de expansión y cumpliendo objetivos comerciales Experiencia con clientes enterprise Haber trabajado en SaaS, Cybersecurity, fraude o tecnología móvil Haber trabajado en startups o entornos dinámicos Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, pensamiento analítico y presencia ejecutiva Lo que vas a hacer Construir relaciones sólidas con tus cuentas, desde usuarios hasta C-Level Impulsar crecimiento de clientes a través de upsells y cross-sells Gestionar renovaciones y expansión de portafolio Colaborar con equipos internacionales para entregar valor real Convertirte en expertx en una plataforma de seguridad móvil sin código Posibilidad de viajar ocasionalmente para visitar clientes o asistir a eventos del sector #J-18808-Ljbffr
