The Role We need a LinkedIn automation ninja who treats connection requests like a science. You'll scale our Ulinc operation from sending 1,000 to 10,000+ messages weekly, while improving our webinar signup rate from 2% to 5%+. If you've ever said "LinkedIn's 100 connection request limit is just a suggestion," this role is for you. What You'll Own Scale our Ulinc infrastructure from 5 to 100+ LinkedIn accounts Optimize message sequences that currently convert at 2-3% to 5%+ Build systems to warm up, rotate, and protect accounts from bans A/B test everything: headlines, CTAs, timing, targeting Create dashboards tracking cost per webinar signup and downstream revenue Develop playbooks for different segments ( vs professionals vs career switchers) You Have Proven track record of managing 20+ LinkedIn accounts simultaneously Experience with Ulinc, Expandi, Dux-Soup, or similar tools Successfully generated 500+ qualified leads/month via LinkedIn Know how to buy aged LinkedIn accounts and warm them properly Understanding of LinkedIn's detection algorithms and how to avoid them Data obsession - you live in spreadsheets and conversion funnels Proof of Skills Required Screenshots of your best LinkedIn campaign metrics Case study of scaling from X to 10X messages Your account warming methodology Examples of message sequences with conversion rates Your tech stack for managing multiple accounts You're NOT a Fit If You think "personalization at scale" means {firstname} You've never been banned from LinkedIn You don't know what a SOCKS5 proxy is You think 100 connections/week is the limit You're uncomfortable with aggressive growth tactics #J-18808-Ljbffr
