Senior Creative Strategist to Lead Marketing Angles, Brand Concepts & Scalable Creative Systems Our e-commerce brand is scaling fast — and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can take our creative output to the next level. This role sits at the core of how we grow: developing powerful marketing angles, shaping brand concepts, and leading the creative team that brings them to life. Your Role & Responsibilities: Creative Strategy & Angles: Consistently develop new, original marketing angles and creative directions that cut through the noise and convert. Brand Concepts & Messaging: Build and refine our brand identity across visuals, tone, and storytelling to ensure a consistent, powerful presence. Copywriting: You write and design the copy of the direct response creatives we advertise. Competitor research: You research competitor concepts & frameworks to iterate on and make your own. Performance Analysis: Review ad data, identify performance trends, and make creative decisions backed by analytics and testing. Creative Scaling: Build repeatable frameworks that allow the team to quickly test, iterate, and scale successful creative concepts across platforms. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in e-commerce or performance marketing (minimum 1–3 years). Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, storytelling, and ad psychology. Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable creative direction. Experience writing direct-response ad copy (hooks, headlines, scripts, and angles). Skilled in managing and mentoring creative teams to produce consistent, high-quality results. Excellent organizational and communication skills — you bring structure and clarity to fast-moving projects. Hands‑on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Meta Ad Library, Atria, and similar creative tools. Proficiency with Slack, Google Sheets, Miro, and advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
