Only applications through our self-assessment form are considered We're looking for a Creative Strategist who is absolutely obsessed with making ads that convert. If you study ads in your free time, break down why a headline works, and geek out on hooks and persuasion frameworks then this role is for you. We’re an early-stage startup agency , so we move fast, stay lean and expect self‑motivated, proactive people who don’t need hand‑holding. You’ll have a direct impact on ads that scale 7–8 figure DTC brands in health, wellness and beauty. This role is creative strategy: hooks, headlines, captions and UGC scripts, the words that drive clicks and sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Write ad briefs across formats: hooks, headlines, captions, overlays, UGC scripts, static copy. Research customer pain points, reviews, and competitors to fuel angles. Produce multiple variations for testing with a focus on conversion KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS). Collaborate with the creative team to ensure copy + visuals hit together. Analyze results and refine copy based on what’s performing. Expertise and willingness to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to assist with research and drafts but never rely on them as a crutch. Manage and collaborate with editors and designers. MUST HAVE Deep passion for creative strategy and proven experience writing direct response ads. 2+ years ad creative strategy experience (agency, DTC, or freelance). Strong grasp of persuasion, emotional triggers, and CTA frameworks. Excellent English writing skills with clarity and speed. Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup. Nice to Have Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and platform data (CTR, CPC, ROAS). Experience with health, wellness or beauty e‑commerce brands. Familiarity with ad research tools (Meta Ad Library, Foreplay, TikTok Creative Center).
