Buscamos un/a QA remoto/a que nos ayude a asegurar la calidad, estabilidad y confiabilidad del producto , en un contexto de alto tráfico, releases frecuentes y crecimiento regional. Este rol es clave para proteger la experiencia del usuario y la operación del marketplace. Tu misión Asegurar que cada release mantenga o eleve el estándar de calidad del producto , reduciendo fricción para viajeros y partners, y detectando riesgos antes de que impacten el negocio. Diseñar, ejecutar y mantener planes y casos de prueba (funcionales, regresión y exploratorios). Validar nuevas funcionalidades en web y mobile antes de su salida a producción. Detectar, documentar y hacer seguimiento de bugs críticos y no críticos . Trabajar en conjunto con Producto y Desarrollo para anticipar problemas de calidad. Proponer mejoras continuas en procesos de QA, criterios de aceptación y flujos de testing . Asegurar una excelente experiencia de usuario en flujos críticos del marketplace (búsqueda, disponibilidad, checkout, pagos, confirmaciones, etc). Experiencia previa como QA / Tester de software en plataformas digitales. Conocimiento sólido de testing funcional, regresión y exploratorio . Capacidad para documentar bugs con foco en impacto en usuario y negocio . Alto nivel de atención al detalle y criterio de calidad . Experiencia en web y/o aplicaciones móviles . Autonomía para trabajar en modalidad freelance y remota . Experiencia en testing automatizado . Conocimientos básicos de APIs, REST o bases de datos . Experiencia en marketplaces, e-commerce o plataformas transaccionales . Interés por la industria de turismo y travel tech . Modalidad freelance, 100% remota . Trabajo en un producto en producción, con tráfico real y ventas reales. Cercanía directa con equipos de Producto y Tecnología .
