Overview Mission: En Rocket Code buscamos sumar a nuestro pool de talento a desarrolladores con experiencia en inteligencia artificial y agentes conversacionales para sumarse al equipo técnico de ADI, nuestra plataforma de agentes autónomos para entornos corporativos. Este rol será clave para construir microservicios escalables, desarrollar integraciones conversacionales con modelos LLM y asegurar la calidad técnica de los despliegues en clientes de sectores regulados. Responsibilities Desarrollar microservicios en Node.js y TypeScript para la orquestación de agentes conversacionales autónomos Integrar modelos de lenguaje como OpenAI, Gemini u Ollama a través de frameworks como LangChain Participar en la integración de bases vectoriales (Weaviate, Redis) para búsquedas semánticas y gestión de contexto Contribuir a la construcción de APIs robustas conectadas a canales como WhatsApp, Messenger y Web Asegurar la calidad del código, versionamiento, documentación y buenas prácticas de ingeniería Participar en revisiones de código y sesiones técnicas lideradas por el Tech Lead Trabajar en conjunto con QA y DevOps para asegurar despliegues automatizados y monitoreo continuo en AWS Requirements Formación en Ingeniería en Computación, Software, Sistemas o carreras afines +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, preferentemente en entornos SaaS o distribuidos Dominio avanzado de Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL y Redis Experiencia integrando modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y herramientas como LangChain, Zep u Ollama Conocimiento en diseño de arquitecturas basadas en microservicios y APIs RESTful Experiencia en entornos cloud, idealmente en AWS (EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, S3) Familiaridad con herramientas de CI/CD y flujos de integración continua (GitHub Actions, Docker) Habilidades blandas clave Pensamiento lógico y capacidad para resolver problemas de forma práctica. Habilidad para explicar soluciones técnicas de forma clara y efectiva. Actitud autónoma, comprometida y colaborativa. Interés por el aprendizaje continuo y la mejora constante del código Idiomas Español: Nativo o fluido (indispensable para comunicación efectiva interna y externa) Portugués: Nativo o fluido (indispensable para comunicación efectiva interna y externa) Inglés técnico: Capacidad suficiente para leer documentación técnica.
