Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities Identify and prospect businesses that could benefit. Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives. Educate potential clients on the company model and its advantages. Research market trends and client needs to personalize outreach. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to move them through the funnel. Log all activities in CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (HR, insurance, or SaaS preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish . Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) . Goal-oriented, resilient, and organized .
