Acerca del puesto Project Manager (IaaS) Buscamos un Project Manager con experiencia en gestión de proyectos de IT y conocimiento del negocio financiero, para sumarse al equipo de IaaS (Investment as a Service),para empresa argentina dedicada a ofrecer soluciones financieras digitales. Esta unidad desarrolla soluciones que permiten integrar la tecnología de la empresacon la de bancos, fintechs y otros partners del ecosistema financiero, facilitando la implementación de productos de inversión digitales de manera ágil y segura. Responsabilidades principales Gestionar proyectos de implementación de soluciones IaaS con clientes del sector financiero Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, alcance y calidad en los procesos de homologación e integración tecnológica. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (desarrollo, QA, infraestructura, producto y cliente). Actuar como punto de contacto principal entre la empresay los equipos técnicos/comerciales del cliente. Participar activamente en la planificación, seguimiento y gestión de riesgos del proyecto. Documentar y reportar avances a las áreas involucradas. Promover buenas prácticas de gestión ágil +5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de tecnología o software. Experiencia en implementación de productos financieros o proyectos en banca/fintech. Conocimiento y experiencia con soluciones IaaS (Investment as a Service), Procesos de integración tecnológica entre sistemas. Comprensión del ciclo de vida de productos financieros digitales (onboarding, KYC, inversiones, custodia, reporting). Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum / Kanban). Excelente capacidad de comunicación y relacionamiento con stakeholders. Nivel de inglés: intermedio/avanzado (deseable). Se valorará Formación en Sistemas, Ingeniería o afines. Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile PM, etc.). Esquema: 1 o 2 días presencial. Oficina en Retiro. #J-18808-Ljbffr
