Using our established analytical systems and a customized strategy for digital marketing and PPC management, our goal is to generate successful outcomes for brands on Amazon. We’re looking for an extremely dedicated individual to join our team as a PPC Manager & Analyst. Your job will consist of managing and running Amazon PPC campaigns to optimize sales. You will also be responsible for keyword research, daily optimization, account management, and daily, weekly and monthly analytics reporting. Responsibilities Create, launch and manage Amazon PPC ad campaigns Perform keyword research on new products to launch Analyze, interpret, and create action plans for daily, weekly and monthly analytics reporting Create graphs and tables in Excel to demonstrate PPC campaign performance Closely monitor PPC spending and budget to maximize profitability Optimize bidding in Excel, extract keywords and report Consistently grow the clients’ performance Identify and implement ways to improve poor performance Collaborate with data analysts, brand managers, pod leaders, PPC manager, and brand performance director Manage clients’ expectations clearly and properly Coordinate extra‑PPC efforts between clients and other teammates (e.g., brand management requests, etc.) Contribute to improvements in the user experience for customers Drive a high standard in customer satisfaction Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Experience in audit/financial analysis or in a related field Highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets Problem solver with a proactive approach Resourceful, strong communication skills High attention to details and documentation Knowledge of English: at least B2 Benefits Competitive salary Remote work year‑round 25 PTOs per year 9 national holidays Professional development Continuous growth This will be a remotely administered FULL‑TIME (40 hr/week) position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours: 9am - 2pm EST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls.
