Job Description We are looking for a Manager, LATAM Procurement Operations to join the Global Procurement team in PedidosYa, Buenos Aires office, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process, including PO creation and incident management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement operations team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining workflows, implementing digital tools and automation, and aligning policies with best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address operational challenges, improve service delivery, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Enforce compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements, monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience as a people manager. Proven experience in procurement operations, with a strong understanding of transactional processes (PR to PO, incident management, compliance). Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems (SAP Ariba preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Fluent in English (spoken and written), and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive and collaborative approach, committed to continuous improvement.
