Administrador/a Senior de IT Estamos buscando un/a Administrador/a Senior de IT para gestionar y optimizar todo el ecosistema tecnológico de Localytics: herramientas de colaboración, infraestructura en la nube, plataformas de desarrollo y sistemas de datos empresariales. Este rol es clave para garantizar que nuestros equipos trabajen de forma segura, eficiente y con el menor tiempo de inactividad posible. La persona ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en gestión de identidades y accesos, plataformas cloud, herramientas para desarrolladores y logística de hardware. Buscamos alguien proactivo/a, que disfrute de entornos dinámicos y que pueda mejorar procesos, impulsar automatizaciones y aportar valor tangible al negocio. Responsabilidades Administración de plataformas Gestionar Google Workspace (G Suite): ciclo de vida de usuarios, políticas y automatización de ingresos/egresos. Administrar Snowflake: controles de acceso, monitoreo de rendimiento y optimización de costos. Supervisar GitHub: gobernanza de repositorios, permisos de acceso e integración con pipelines CI/CD. Mantener entornos AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS): escalar, controlar costos y realizar auditorías de seguridad. Administrar Auth0: autenticación, SSO y políticas de MFA en aplicaciones de negocio. Hardware & Logística Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de laptops, desktops y periféricos de empleados. Mantener el inventario de activos y asegurar el aprovisionamiento/desincorporación segura de dispositivos. Coordinar con proveedores para compras, garantías y soporte. Seguridad & Compliance Implementar y aplicar buenas prácticas de seguridad (principio de mínimo privilegio, MFA, etc.). Colaborar con equipos de seguridad en iniciativas de cumplimiento (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, entre otros). Participar en la respuesta a incidentes y mantener documentación actualizada de procesos IT. Soporte & Enablement Ser el punto de escalamiento de nivel 3 para incidentes IT. Implementar automatizaciones y documentación de autoservicio para reducir tareas manuales. Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería para garantizar productividad y estabilidad en integraciones entre plataformas. Requisitos Obligatorios +5 años de experiencia en administración de IT con entornos cloud y SaaS. Experiencia práctica con Google Workspace, AWS, GitHub, Snowflake y Auth0. Conocimiento sólido en gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM, RBAC) y políticas de seguridad. Experiencia en scripting y automatización (Python, Bash, Golang). Capacidad comprobada para gestionar logística de hardware a gran escala (compra, despliegue, seguimiento). Inglés avanzado/bilingüe. Deseables Familiaridad con marcos de compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR). Experiencia con herramientas de Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, CloudFormation). Habilidades sólidas en gestión y negociación con proveedores. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y documentación.
