Base pay range We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our finance operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing clear financial insights. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, with strong communication skills and a high degree of autonomy. Skills: Record and categorize daily financial transactions (sales, receipts, purchases, payments). Maintain organized financial documentation for audit readiness. Reconcile bank and credit card statements, and resolve discrepancies. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Process payroll and manage ADP checks. Prepare key financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist with tax filings and liaise with external accountants as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Actively participate in daily team meetings at 8:00 AM PST. What We’re Looking For: 4-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities. Strong command of accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Online. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a high degree of autonomy. Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
