Location Latin America - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close. Oversee and review AP/AR with precision and compliance. Keep all financial records audit‑ready and documentation up to date. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses. Maintain internal controls and accounting policies. Track recurring‑revenue streams with accuracy (subscriptions, services, modules/customers). Lead daily cash management, forecasting, and variance tracking. Deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decision‑making. Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CTA or public accounting certification strongly preferred. 4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance (fast‑growing environments a plus). Deep knowledge of GAAP or IFRS. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel + ERP proficiency (QuickBooks or similar). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Advanced English (spoken & written). Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
