Guest Experience Specialist Meadow Homes is a startup vacation rental management company focused on Northeast ski and lake destinations. We pride ourselves on attentive, warm interaction with both owners and guests, serving as the preferred partner for the destinations we operate in. Founded in February 2022, Meadow has grown by over 100% in the past twelve months and currently manages ~60 homes across New England. We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to help with interacting with our guests and coordinating responses to any issues that arise. Location Remote Pay $1,400.00 per month Responsibilities Answer guest chats and coordinate responses to issues with the operations and maintenance teams. Ensure timely responses: answer inquiries within five minutes during shifts covering guest communications. Coordinate with the appropriate operations and maintenance team members to resolve elevated guest issues quickly and accurately. Implement, follow, and improve company communication policies. Preferred Skills & Characteristics Fluent written and verbal English communication skills. Extreme organization; guest issues and inquiries cannot be forgotten or ignored.
