Requisitos para esta vacante Conocimientos avanzados en servicios de AWS (EKS, Cognito, Lambda, ALB, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC). Experiencia en la gestión de clústeres de Kubernetes en AWS (EKS), incluyendo configuración, escalabilidad, monitoreo y mantenimiento. Conocimientos en seguridad (Hash, encripción, Authentication & Authorization, Oauth, JWT, OIDC, HTTPS). Experiencia en la implementación y gestión de infraestructuras híbridas utilizando VMware Tanzu o soluciones similares (OpenShift, Rancher, etc.). Conocimientos generales en Web servers & API Gateways (nginx, apache, AWS API Gateway, apigee, etc). Prácticas de infraestructura como código (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation). Conocimientos en GitOps (ArgoCD) y experiencia en la automatización de pipelines de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, GitHub Actions). Flujos de despliegue productivo y Git. Domina distintas estrategias de branches y CI/CD. Manejo y configuración de Pipelines. Resiliencia: Manejo de reintentos, transaccionalidad distribuida, timeouts, caídas y recuperación. Conocimientos en lenguajes y frameworks y puede fácilmente adaptarse a otros (Bash, Python, etc). Conocimiento en microservicios, arquitecturas distribuidas, bases de datos (Aurora, Dynamo), cache, message brokers, logging, observabilidad. Experiencia en la implementación de soluciones de observabilidad y monitoreo (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch). Conocimientos en la implementación de políticas de seguridad en Kubernetes (RBAC, Network Policies, Pod Security Policies). Experiencia en la gestión de secretos utilizando herramientas como HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, o Kubernetes Secrets. Experiencia en la implementación de estrategias de escalabilidad automática (Horizontal Pod Autoscaler, Cluster Autoscaler). ¿Quiénes somos? Somos redbee, una empresa que innova con tecnología.
