About the role:
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow.
The Client will be contracting a Team of DevOPS, SREs, System Admin / OPS Engineers to assist with the ability to extend based on business needs. The objective is to design, implement, and optimize a secure, scalable, and highly available identity and access management infrastructure. This infrastructure will serve as the foundation for centralized authentication, authorization, and resource access control across the organization's IT environment.
The company provides cloud-based solutions that enable organizations to prepare, sign, manage, and store agreements digitally. Its platform helps streamline contract workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure secure, legally compliant transactions. The solutions are widely used across industries to replace manual, paper-based processes.
Responsibilities:
- Seamless Onboarding Ensure a streamlined and efficient process for the integration of new microservices into the existing ecosystem.
- Performance & Scalability Enhance the overall reliability, scalability, and performance of microservices to meet growing business demands.
- Specialized SRE Expertise Leverage the technical skills of SRE contractors to manage and automate the service onboarding lifecycle effectively.
- Risk Mitigation Proactively reduce operational risks and minimize system downtime throughout the onboarding transition.
- Best Practices & Documentation Establish standardized procedures and comprehensive documentation to serve as a blueprint for all future service onboarding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Onboarding Automation: Streamline and automate deployment gaps for new microservices; manage the end-to-end onboarding program
- Observability: Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, metrics collection, and alerting for all services
- Scalability: Execute load testing and implement robust auto-scaling mechanisms
- Knowledge Transfer: Produce detailed technical doc and lead training sessions for internal engineering teams
- Reliability: Maintain high uptime and mentor teams on implementing failover mechanisms
- Performance: Optimize services for low latency and high throughput via regular tuning
- Security & Compliance: Enforce sec standards, deployment best practices, and regulatory adherence; maintain full audit trails

- Integration: Execute onboarding in collaboration with Dev/MSF teams; automate scaling and monitoring
- Validation: Perform rigorous testing for reliability, perf and security
- Handover: Finalize docs and conduct internal training sessions
- Support: Provide post-onboarding stabilization and ongoing perf monitoring
