What you’ll do As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the use of our data assets to drive strategic business outcomes—customer behavior, pricing optimization, and forecasting. You will design, build, and deploy advanced analytical models and transform complex outputs into interactive data applications that empower data‑driven decisions. You will also explore NLP and LLM techniques to unlock value from unstructured marketing and customer interaction data. Design, develop, and validate advanced statistical and machine learning models for high‑impact problems such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value (CLV), and pricing elasticity. Lead customer segmentation and cluster analysis initiatives to identify distinct groups and inform GTM strategy and personalization. Build and deploy interactive data applications (dashboards, prediction interfaces) using Streamlit, Dash, or Gradio to operationalize model insights. Explore NLP and LLM approaches to analyze unstructured data (support tickets, sales notes, marketing copy) and derive actionable insights. Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure robust pipelines and production‑ready model deployment within a stable MLOps framework. Communicate complex analyses, model methods, and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders. Own end‑to‑end data science projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring with autonomy. Bring positive energy to our rapidly growing company. Skills & experience Advanced modeling expertise —deep experience designing, implementing, and validating predictive models, especially churn, pricing, and cluster/segmentation analysis (K‑Means, DBSCAN, hierarchical). Programming & statistics —expert proficiency in Python (scikit‑learn, pandas, statsmodels) and SQL. Data application development —proven experience building interactive tools with Streamlit, Dash, or Gradio. NLP/LLMs (desired) —practical experience with sentiment analysis, topic modeling, or named‑entity recognition and familiarity with LLM architectures. MLOps and deployment —knowledge of model versioning, testing, and deployment in an MLOps framework (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow). Statistical rigor & business acumen —ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical projects with measurable impact and explain results to non‑technical audiences. Autonomous & collaborative —capable of leading complex projects independently while partnering with Data Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
