Responsibilities Develop a team culture that emphasizes quality end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance. Support team with technical and operational aspects of data integration as needed to meet project deadlines and client commitments. Partner with Client Success team leads to prioritize and execute upon client commitments. Ensure the team follows standard processes and supports clear lines of ownership and accountability. Serve as internal and client-facing point of escalation for integration activities. Drive the continuous improvement of our data integration methodology. Meet with team members on a regular basis to provide mentoring, discuss performance and work on individual development. Complete employee reviews and provide management team with feedback/recommendations on salary adjustments and promotions. Manage and monitor distribution of integration case workload amongst team members to ensure on-time and accurate completion of deliverables. Partner directly with the Product team to understand new features and provide training to integration team members as required. Reviews client inquiries and researches responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated to the appropriate department and Director’s attention. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business/Statistics/Information Science, or equivalent in a related discipline. 3-5 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems, data analytics. Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze and visualize data. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Prior experience working in a SaaS-based organization required. Strong technical aptitude. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation. Required to work cross functionally with co-workers and with external channel partners. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
