Marketing & Commercialization Analyst (fixed term 12 months) This position is responsible for the support for Off Brand. Together with the Pest Control Brand Manager, this role will be strategic to execute commercial plans in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market analysis and consumer behavior Communication Plan implementation and follow‑up Events planning coordination New Products launch Business Performance – reporting of KPIs REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering English: advanced speaker 2/3 years of marketing experience. Business Acumen PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Proactivity Creativity Planning Problem Solving Communicational skills The role involves working closely with media and creative agencies, customer marketing and sales team, and influencing the development team to drive growth among New products. JOB REQUIREMENTS Full‑Time Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees This role is not eligible for relocation BENEFITS AND PERKS SC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
