Develop timelines, key milestones, and risk mitigation plans. Facilitate decision‑making and remove barriers to drive project progress. Communicate with project champions and sponsors and translate technical issues to enable good decision‑making. Measure and communicate team performance, project status, and metrics. Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks. Promote simplification and breakthrough thinking. Lead identification of opportunities for continuous improvement. Stakeholder management. Required Experience Proficient in mid to advanced English, with fluency in both verbal and written communication. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field. Over 5 years of pertinent work experience in Project Management, R&D, Manufacturing, or Supply Planning within Consumer Products or related industries, demonstrating a solid knowledge of supply chain principles. Preferred Experiences and Skills Experience working in Consumer Products or related industries. Solid project management skills with a track record of launching products and progressing multiple projects concurrently. Experience to interface, lead and build relationships with multiple levels and functions internal and external to the corporation. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work with/influence internal and external partners to meet program needs; orchestrate effective meetings. Demonstrates a high level of initiative and excellent problem‑solving skills. Possess key attributes such us creativity, adaptability, persuasiveness, perseverance, and strategic thinking. Ability to translate and communicate project and technical topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Job Requirements Full‑time position, standard business hours (Monday to Friday)- San Isidro- BS. Office‑based role with the option to work remotely one day per week.
