Perks & Benefits Paid in USD every 15th & 30th of the month Up to 14 days of paid time off annually, from day one Paid leave for Philippine Regular Holidays 100% remote – work from anywhere Fixed EST timezone work hours for team collaboration Work directly with sales leadership and strategic decision‑making Drive measurable revenue impact through process optimization B2B focus with opportunity to scale systems from the ground up Clear career advancement path as the company grows What You’ll Be Doing CRM & Reporting: Keep Salesforce/HubSpot clean and optimized Build dashboards and automated reports for leadership Track key metrics: pipeline health, conversion rates, team performance Process Improvement: Streamline workflows from lead to close Create sales forecasts and support quota planning Coordinate between sales, marketing, and customer success Must‑Haves 2+ years in sales operations or business analysis (not just general admin work) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise – pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling required Hands‑on CRM experience managing Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive systems Proven track record creating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process inefficiencies and solutions Excellent communication skills – can present complex data insights to leadership clearly Nice to Have Data visualization tools experience (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) B2B sales environment background supporting sales teams directly Sales forecasting and pipeline management experience Cross‑functional project coordination between sales/marketing/success teams Previous experience working in SaaS (Software‑as‑a‑Service) companies, with understanding of subscription models, customer lifecycle management, and scalable technology solutions Application Process Overview One‑way Video Interview – Record a brief one‑way video introduction to showcase your communication skills Role‑Specific Assessment – Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable) Recruitment Interview – Initial screening with our talent team Executive Interview – Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment Client Interview – Final interview with the client team you’ll be supporting Each stage is designed to evaluate your fit for the role while giving you insights into our company culture and expectations.
