Program Overview The SAP Academy for People & Culture is a 20‑month, rotational program designed for high‑performing graduates or young professionals. Participants undergo four rotations in different P&C areas, gaining hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of HR in a dynamic, supportive environment. Rotations (example) People & Culture Services: Drives local rollout of the People Agenda and strives for operational excellence. Employee & Labor Relations: Ensures consistent and fair people‑relations management handling workplace issues, performance, and other complex cases. Organizational Growth & Health: Catalyzes organizational health by developing strategic workforce management foundations. People Growth & Leadership Excellence: Enables growth culture through transformational leadership development, talent strategy, and learning transformation. Qualifications Recent graduate or young professional with up to 3 years of working experience. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration (HR focus), Psychology or related fields. Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute. Organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information. Some working experience (e.g., internship) is a must.
