El Departamento de Supply Chain, Repairs & Tools es responsable de la cadena de suministro de los parques eólicos de nuestros clientes. Es el encargado de tener en sitio todos los spare parts y tools necesarios para la actividad diaria. En consecuencia, este equipo es esencial para mantener la fidelidad de los clientes a largo plazo. Responsabilidades Gestion del la equipo de Stock Keeper Uruguay Mantener controles de stock adecuados realizando tareas manuales y administrativas involucradas en la recepción y preparación. Conteos cíclicos de materiales y herramientas. Gestión de recursos para el personal de operaciones Control de materiales y herramientas Satisfacer otras demandas internas asociadas a la gestión del almacén Cualificaciones Comunicación oral y escrita excepcional, incluyendo confidencialidad, inteligencia emocional, habilidades de presentación y uso de diversas herramientas de comunicación. Excelentes capacidades de interpretación analítica y resolución de problemas. Comportamientos esenciales, entre ellos: cooperación, colaboración, mejora continua, flexibilidad, enfoque en el cliente, escucha activa, etc. Capacidad demostrada de liderazgo en la formación, mentoría, motivación y desarrollo de empleados, manteniendo un alto nivel de responsabilidad y compromiso personal con todas las tareas. Competencias Competencia para equilibrar prioridades en conflicto, manteniendo un sentido de urgencia para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio. Disponibilidad para viajar a los sitios de trabajo según sea necesario, manteniendo una licencia de conducir válida. Comprensión estratégica de toda la cadena de suministro para desarrollar soluciones a problemas complejos. Habilidad para asimilar información técnica y comercial y traducirla en evaluaciones empresariales adecuadas.
