About the Role As a Technical Program Manager, you will make an impact by driving alignment and execution of high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with VP-level leaders across Product and Engineering. You will be a valued member of the DE team, overseeing end-to-end program execution, managing risks, and ensuring transparency and efficiency across global programs. Your leadership will be key in delivering business value through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. Responsibilities Drive alignment to and execution of cross-functional initiatives and programs in partnership with VP-level leaders. Oversee end-to-end program execution, including risk management, communication, quarterly planning, resourcing, prioritization, and dependency management. Collaborate with partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage, and mitigate program risks. Organize and lead cadence-based stakeholder and leadership meetings, tracking actions and providing timely updates on program status, schedules, risks, and blockers. Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency and team performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value while maintaining high quality and visibility. What you need to have to be considered 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional global programs. Ability to develop clear program strategies and high-level program plans. Experience building strong cross-team relationships and partnerships. Ability to synthesize data from various sources and present it clearly to leadership and execution teams. Experience curating program metrics and creating dashboards or scorecards. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent. These will help you stand out Experience leading large, cross-functional quarterly planning activities. Strong and innovative approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions. Skilled at navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments. Strong negotiation and influencing skills in matrixed organizations.
