Junior or Mid-Level Developer (PHP/SQL) - Home Office We are hiring two (02) Junior or Mid-Level Developers for a permanent CLT position. This role operates 100% remotely (Home Office), supporting our operations based in São José dos Pinhais. Key Responsibilities Develop systems and applications, defining graphical interfaces, ergonomic navigation criteria, and structuring databases. Perform program coding, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of systems and applications. Select appropriate development resources, including system development methodologies, programming languages, testing procedures, and development tools. Implement delegated tasks utilizing optimal resources and technologies. Required Skills and Experience Higher Education degree in Information Technology or related field. Proven experience with PHP (version 7.4 or higher). Knowledge of RESTful API concepts. Proficiency in Git and code versioning practices. Experience with SQL (specifically PostgreSQL and/or Oracle ). Understanding of software architecture and adherence to good development practices. Must have stable internet connectivity for Home Office work. Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators) Knowledge of Docker . Experience creating CI/CD pipelines in Git. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban ). Experience using reporting tools. Knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel , Slim , or Phalcon . Experience with caching systems (e.g., Redis , Memcached ). Understanding of API authentication and security (e.g., OAuth , JWT ). Familiarity with mitigating security vulnerabilities in PHP code (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF). Knowledge of AI models, NLP, machine learning, and algorithm optimization. Strong communication, teamwork skills, and ability to solve problems independently. Willingness to learn new technologies. Work Details and Benefits Contract Type: Permanent (CLT). Location: São José dos Pinhais (Work Method: Home Office). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM). Compensation: State your Salary Expectation.
