Position Overview We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC), a 24/7 international team responsible for ensuring network availability across satellite and ground-based systems. ⚠️ IMPORTANT Only candidates with fluent English (spoken and written) and a strong foundation in telecommunications will be considered. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and resolving incidents across a global network of gateways and telemetry stations using satellite and ground‑based communication technologies. In addition to monitoring and first‑level support, you will also be involved in preventive and corrective maintenance of critical infrastructure systems. Responsibilities Monitor operational status and connectivity of global gateway and telemetry stations. Detect, analyze, and resolve network anomalies or failures, conduct root‑cause analysis, and escalate when necessary. Document incidents in detail and manage tickets in the incident management system. Ensure service continuity through real‑time monitoring and effective incident resolution. Provide customer‑facing technical support via phone, email, and chat. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on teleport systems and associated infrastructure. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on escalations, upgrades, and system changes. Operate and maintain monitoring and fault management tools to ensure network health and performance. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of experience in Satellite, Cellular Communications or Networking. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related technical field. ⚠️ REQUIREMENT Hands‑on experience with RF systems, high‑power amplifiers, converters, antenna drive systems, and baseband equipment. Solid knowledge of IP networks, fiber optics, modems, multiplexers, and broadband systems. Proficiency with remote monitoring tools, diagnostics, and remote desktop platforms. Accredited training, such as the CSA (Certified Satcom Associate). Ability to troubleshoot complex systems with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast‑paced operational environment. Demonstrated experience with monitoring and fault management tools. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment).
