Main responsibilities Lead the warehouse automation team of 5 to 8 Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration. Establish clear and achievable goals for the warehouse automation team, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement within the automation projects, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all automation processes meet the highest standards of quality. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation projects, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Drive the agile methodology and ways of working within the team to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Drive process improvements and practices to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes. Key Qualifications and Experiences Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of professional experience in Information Technology including working directly with business clients. Mandatory working knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS OR JDA OR Red Praire OR any Warehouse Management (WMS) solution OR SAP EWM solution. Knowledge or experience in robotics integration. Knowledge of developing reusable interfaces. Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. Experience with warehouse automation technologies and systems is a plus. Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory. Soft-Skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance, cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers. Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives. This includes setting clear goals, making informed decisions, and driving continuous improvement.
