En Ricoh Argentina , buscamos una persona con ADN comercial, actitud al 1000% y entusiasmo genuino por prospectar, conectar, visitar y cerrar. Tu misión será convertirte en el socio estratégico de empresas medianas (50 a 500 empleados), ayudándolas a crear espacios de trabajo eficientes, seguros y colaborativos, con soluciones tecnológicas de clase mundial. Un portafolio 360° de soluciones integradas: Salas de reuniones y comunicación empresarial: videoconferencias, digital signage, agendamiento inteligente, colaboración híbrida, domótica y más. Infraestructura IT y ciberseguridad: IaaS, Cloud (AWS, Azure), data centers, almacenamiento, redes, firewalls, monitoreo. Office Printing & Device as a Service: impresión inteligente, administración de dispositivos, servicios gestionados. Prospectar nuevas cuentas con entusiasmo y método (sí, llamadas en frío incluidas). Visitar clientes actuales y potenciales para construir relaciones sólidas. Comprender las necesidades de negocio de cada cliente y proponer soluciones personalizadas. Liderar el proceso comercial con especialistas preventa y soporte técnico. Preparar y presentar propuestas de alto impacto a nivel ejecutivo (C-Level). Cumplir objetivos mensuales de revenue y mantener forecast actualizado. Mantener registro detallado en el CRM (Dynamics 365). Capacitarte constantemente para estar al frente de la innovación tecnológica. Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en ventas consultivas B2B, ideal en tecnología (IT, AV, procesos). Título universitario (excluyente). Manejo de CRM (Dynamics 365 o similar) – excluyente. Conocimientos intermedios en Office. Entrevistas 100% presenciales Actitudes y habilidades clave Actitud ganadora, energía alta y fuerte orientación a resultados. Capacidad de escucha, análisis y consultoría. Comunicación efectiva, verbal y escrita. Trabajo colaborativo con equipos técnicos y de apoyo. Pasión por la innovación tecnológica.
