La misión del Agente es ofrecer una experiencia útil, simple, eficaz y agradable a cada cliente, en cada dispositivo o canal y en todos los puntos de contacto, de manera que cumpla con las expectativas y promesas que Nuestros Clientes realizan. Perteneciendo a una cultura centrada en la experiencia y transformando las conversaciones de los clientes para lograr resultados que le generan orgullo y le dan sentido a su tarea. Los representantes realizan llamadas salientes a diferentes bases de clientes de Argentina, a quienes deben realizar el ofrecimiento de los productos de Claro (Internet + Cable + Servicio movil), con el objetivo de lograr una negociación de ventas exitosa. Principales tareas: Negociar en forma telefónica la comercialización de los productos o servicios CLARO (portabilidad de linea, venta de internet hogar, venta de cable y/o venta de lineas nuevas). Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas (diarios/semanales/mensuales) establecidos por la cuenta. Maximizar el porcentaje de clientes contactados a través de las distintas herramientas tecnológicas y registrar en el sistema correspondiente los acuerdos realizados. Transmitir al Supervisor de Ventas las consultas sobre la operación del servicio y reclamos del cliente final, a fin de que sean resueltas por el área correspondiente y poder dar continuidad a la acción de venta. Mantener una comunicación fluida con el Supervisor de manera tal de identificar factores que pudiesen afectar la productividad y prestación del servicio. Serán requisitos del puesto: Secundario completo con analítico en mano Experiencia previa en ventas intangibles o atención al cliente de 1 año Se valorará experiencia previa en gestiones de ventas por objetivos Antecedentes penales vigentes Ofrecemos: Jornadas laborales de Lunes a Viernes part time: 6 horarias diarias Modalidad de trabajo presencial Capacitaciones y proyecciones de crecimiento Herramientas de trabajo Crecimiento profesional Perfil: Proactivo Dinámico Resolutivo Capacidad de negociación Empatía Trabajo en equipo Si te interesa la vacante y te gustan los desafíos postúlate a la vacante Te estamos buscando.
