It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.”*****Join our team in the Land of Enchantment** An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does* **This position pays $20.60 hourly*** We’re for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.* An individual who let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.* High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education preferred.* 1 to 3 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operation.* Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, oven, waffle iron, flat top grill.* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.* Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.* This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb.* Basic English* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States* Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen* Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.* Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station.* Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to prepare beyond estimated needs.* Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures.* Return all food items not used to designated storage areas.* Communicate with the Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.* Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.* Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.* Store items properly at the end of the shift.* Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area* Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.* Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.* Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.* Have knowledge of Four Seasons Food Standards.You would be working for the only hospitality company who’s employees have proudly recognized us to be a ***“Great Place to Work – For ALL***” by Fortune Magazine for 23 consecutive years.
