Overview As a digital designer at one of the largest automotive companies globally, you will be at the forefront of developing engaging visual content. You will work closely with copywriters, account managers, creative directors, strategists, and a dynamic team of creatives to produce a wide range of innovative materials. Key Responsibilities Develop the Creative executions: participate in ideation to production, ensuring alignment with Brand Guidelines and pixel-perfect deliverables. Quality Assurance: critically evaluate major projects, maintain design excellence and brand guidelines application. Effective Presentation: present work to clients alongside Creative Directors, articulating creative visions and enhancing brand messages. Hands-on Collaboration: work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to advance projects and identify areas for enhancement. Design: lead the architectural and visual design system development of campaigns, design projects and experiential activations. Innovation and Creativity: set new workflows, ensuring all work remains aligned, easy to use, and scalable. Qualifications Design Experience: 4+ years in design and branding within advertising and marketing with deep knowledge in print and digital. Collaborative Design: work effectively with creative leads and copywriters to achieve brand-aligned, high quality designs. Professional Presentation: present work effectively with well-reasoned rationale, especially to senior leaders and clients. Brand Consistency: experience in crafting brand style guides for cohesive touchpoints and the creation of toolkits for design systems. Strategic Discussion: contribute positively and constructively to discussions from conception through production to final deliverable. Industry Experience: background in automotive or production industries preferred. Digital Portfolio: a modern, digital-centric portfolio demonstrating excellence across formats (digital, video, social, etc.). Software Proficiency: skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Slack, and other design and collaboration tools.
