Job Description Lead IAM projects as Scrum Master, especially around SailPoint IdentityIQ Ensure consistent and high-quality project reporting (monthly project cards) Promote test coverage and quality assurance practices within the team Act as the local point of coordination for an offshore team, ensuring smooth collaboration, onboarding, and performance tracking Serve as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and management, facilitating clear communication and alignment Management of others' IT IAM security projects Qualifications Master’s degree in Business, IT or related field Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance and privilege access management Strong experience with Agile methodologies Experience managing projects for IAM Knowledge of one or more Identity Management Products (SailPoint IdentityIQ, One Identity) – is a plus Experience in a project for database encryption deployment is a plus Understanding of Windows and Linux Security – is a plus Experience in PAM deployment, like Cyberark, is a plus Team Leadership Collaborative leadership: ability to inspire, guide, and unify a multicultural team Clear and assertive communication: capable of conveying goals, listening actively, and resolving conflicts Emotional intelligence: empathetic approach to team dynamics and individual needs Results-oriented mindset: focused on achieving objectives while adapting to constraints Stress and priority management: skilled at navigating complex, high-pressure environments Proactive attitude: anticipates risks, proposes improvements, and makes informed decisions What we offer Professional development and monitoring talent; Commitment to our employees' development; Collaboration in a company that is constantly growing and evolving; Strong organisational culture: collaboration, sharing, flexibility, integrity and low ego.
