Your key responsibilities Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services ensuring product quality, facilitate resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort, and drive continuous improvement. Responsible for the design, development and support of test cases for functional and non-functional domains. Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up, prepare test plans, identify relevant metrics and keep track of required effort for large initiatives. Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes. Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirements. Support in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture. Develop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modifications. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams. Other strengths required include: Customer centricity, Innovative Thinking, Agility and Intercultural Sensitivity. Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team. Project management experience in an engineering / test environment. Good understanding of testing, automation testing, performance testing concepts, Agile methodology, and knowledge of cloud infrastructure and database concepts. Ability to implement automation strategy and guide the team. Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) using Selenium with Java / Python; knowledge at scripting/coding level. Experience in leading multiple testing teams and delivering quality product by implementing testing standards and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills. Proficiency in handling key performance indicators and metrics. Ideally, you’ll also have Lean certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
