Responsibilities Assist in managing Architecture Products and Services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring business relevance, adoption & continuous improvement. Validates and prioritizes enhancement requests determined by collaboration with product/platform teams that are working with EA. Schedule and prioritize workshops with product managers, product owners, product architects, and the EA team. Interpret and report status of Architecture Product artifacts progress and completion, which are provided to product teams throughout the product lifecycle. Help coordinate activities at all levels of the organization, across service lines, on issues and matters related to the EA team, including managing relationships with business sponsors of the largest platforms and CT products within the firm. Direct the continual upgrading of Architecture Products and Services to keep them current with lessons learned and feedback received from working with CT product and platform teams. Provides communications and coordination of between CT product/platform teams and EA regarding workshops and collaboration on Architecture Products and Services. Coordinates or delivers training to EA and CT product/platform team members as needed. Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to help team members understand focus area strategies and knowledge needs. Measures and reports on Architecture Products' and Services progress and their adoption in product/platform teams working with EA. Help coordinate the EA team to define and build internal assets such as SharePoint sites and wikis resulting in an EA Portal (a set of user experiences of EYDX for the Architect personas). Coordinates, leads, and distributes minutes from weekly EA meetings and workshops. Evangelizes EA concepts and viewpoints. Networks with EY practitioners across Assurance, Tax, Consulting, and Strategy & Transactions to raise awareness of how EA will help them with realizing EY business strategies within the products they build. Business Analysis Function - Supports enterprise architects in reconciling EA reference architectures (e.g., IT4IT) into tangible sets of artifacts that are used to lead optimized EA interactions with product/platform teams. In depth domain knowledge of one or more of the EY service lines (Assurance, Tax, Consulting, and/or Strategy & Transactions). Knowledge of the software product development lifecycle. Knowledge of EY support, training, operating models, and processes. Ability to understand and learn EA reference architectures, such as IT4IT. Excellent organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to multitask on various projects in a fast-paced environment.
