Content & Growth Marketing Lead (Part-Time, Equity-Only) Qompyl is an early‑stage, venture‑ready technology startup developing an innovative mobile‑first platform in the financial technology space. Our mission is to make complex financial tools simple, engaging, and accessible to a global audience through a hands‑on, visual, and gamified approach to building and testing strategies. We’re a small, distributed, and collaborative team building the foundation of something truly different. We are looking for someone who wants to help shape that journey from the ground up. About the Role We’re looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Lead who wants to help shape that journey from the ground up. You will own our multi‑platform content engine across TikTok, X/FinTwit, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn — helping drive user acquisition, education, and engagement. Understanding (or learning quickly) the U.S. retail trading audience is important for success in this role. What You’ll Do Content Creation (40%) Produce high‑volume, high‑quality content across social and community platforms. Create short‑form videos that simplify trading concepts and bring Qompyl to life. Craft copy that increases engagement and drives conversions. Repurpose and adapt content for multi‑channel impact. Social Media & Community (25%) Own the posting calendar across 6–7 platforms. Monitor comments, questions, and engagement trends. Maintain consistency aligned to our funnel strategy. Support community activation (Discord, Reddit AMAs, Q&A). Growth Marketing (25%) Optimize top‑of‑funnel performance: impressions → CTR → followers. Support mid‑funnel conversion: followers → leads → trials → retained users. Assist in testing paid campaigns (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, IG). Build and refine audience segments and retargeting lists. Track metrics and share actionable insights. Collaboration (10%) Work closely with the Director of Business Development. Support influencer collaborations and partnership content. Contribute to user persona development and market research. Bring insights back to product for onboarding and retention improvements. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years in content creation, social media, or growth marketing. Ability to simplify trading/investing concepts. Strong understanding of social platforms and multi‑format content. Analytical, iterative, and comfortable with funnel thinking. Knowledge of — or desire to learn — the U.S. trading & fintech space. Strong communication, autonomy, and creative problem solving. Nice to Have: Paid social ads, fintech/SaaS/trading experience. Discord/Reddit community management. SEO or YouTube optimization.
