Consultor/a Asociado Junior en Data Science Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa Resumen del puesto El grupo de Insights & Analytics de ZS colabora con los clientes para diseñar y ofrecer soluciones que los ayuden a afrontar una amplia gama de desafíos de negocio. Nuestros equipos trabajan en múltiples proyectos de forma simultánea, aprovechando técnicas avanzadas de análisis de datos y resolución de problemas. Nuestras recomendaciones y soluciones se basan en una investigación y un análisis rigurosos, respaldados por una profunda experiencia y liderazgo de pensamiento. Apoyar el desarrollo y las pruebas de modelos analíticos y estadísticos bajo la guía de personal senior. Aplicar pruebas de hipótesis, regresión y métodos sencillos de machine learning para resolver problemas estructurados de datos. Limpiar, transformar y visualizar conjuntos de datos utilizando Python y herramientas básicas de BI. Colaborar en la creación de features, la validación de modelos y la documentación de los flujos de trabajo analíticos. Trabajar con consultores senior para preparar informes y dashboards para presentaciones a clientes. Explorar y documentar nuevas fuentes de datos y tecnologías relevantes para los proyectos en curso. Habilidades y requisitos indispensables Título de grado o posgrado en Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos o un campo cuantitativo afín. De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en analítica de datos o estadística aplicada. Dominio de Python o R para el procesamiento y la visualización de datos. Conocimiento de los fundamentos de machine learning, manipulación de datos y análisis exploratorio. Familiaridad con SQL y pipelines básicos de datos. Experiencia con entornos en la nube (AWS o Azure) y control de versiones con Git. Sólido pensamiento analítico y fuerte motivación por aprender de mentores senior. Inglés intermedio o avanzado Requisitos deseables Experiencia previa en liderazgo y historial de mentoría a colegas más junior. Conocimiento de dominio en salud, transporte, tecnología, seguros u otros sectores relacionados. #J-18808-Ljbffr
