We are looking for a talented designer with strong experience creating digital interfaces and web experiences. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to produce high-quality visual assets and product-focused designs that support our communication and strategic goals across websites, landing pages, marketing materials, and internal tools. In a nutshell, your primary role will be to craft and elevate the design quality of our web and product experience. Translate marketing and product needs into clear, effective, and user-centered design solutions. Design wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity UI for web and product interfaces using Figma. Conceptualize and execute creative ideas across multiple channels while reflecting the brand personality. Organize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and managing expectations. Enforce brand standards and ensure consistency across all materials. Produce assets for landing pages, websites, presentations, product interfaces, marketing sites, campaigns, social media, events, and more. The ideal candidate 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product/web design. Strong knowledge of Figma for interface design and prototyping. Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying UX best practices. Experience creating digital assets from ideation through delivery. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (plus, not required). Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering). A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interface design work. Nice to have Understanding of web performance and accessibility standards. Experience with motion/interactive prototypes. Experience with design systems.
