At Neatika Agency, we design and build digital experiences with intention.

We come from both big tech and scrappy startups, carrying forward what actually works and discarding what doesn't. We value quality, modern aesthetics, adaptability, and we're comfortable challenging conventions when that leads to better results.

We're looking for a Web Designer focused primarily on premium landing pages and static websites, designed with motion, rhythm, and storytelling in mind. This role is strongly visual and creative, with most projects meant to be brought to life on the frontend through scroll-based interactions and animations.

This is not a UX-research-driven position, and it's not about generic SaaS UI.

It's about creating websites that feel intentional, distinctive, and memorable.

What you'll work on

Most of the work (around 80%) involves designing landing pages and marketing websites with a strong visual identity and layouts that are ready for motion and interaction.

The remaining portion includes more complex interfaces and user flows when needed, always with a design-first mindset.

What we're looking for

A designer with a strong visual eye and solid experience in web design. Someone who understands typography, spacing, composition, and how layouts translate to the web. You should be comfortable designing for motion and interaction, even if you're not animating yourself. Familiarity with the quality standards seen on platforms like Awwwards, The FWA, or CSS Design Awards is important.

We're looking for someone whose design level is clearly high—someone who can push visual quality beyond what a frontend developer would typically produce.

Tools

Figma is required.

The ability to create visually appealing, exportable assets is a major plus.

No coding skills are required, but understanding how designs are implemented on the web is a big plus.

Familiarity with motion-oriented desings is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience with editorial, experimental, or concept websites.

Work inspired by or featured in design galleries.

A clear sensitivity to motion, timing, and visual storytelling.

Not a fit if your background is mainly

UX research, heavy documentation, personas, or generic component-based SaaS UI.
