Chyron is seeking a highly motivated and technically astute Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be a crucial link between our sales and technical teams, leveraging your expertise to understand customer needs and articulate the value of our solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales success by providing technical guidance, delivering compelling presentations, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges. Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to both technical and non-technical audiences. Prepare technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs). Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from the customers and contribute to product development and roadmaps. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Traits Strong presentation skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, positive, determined, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. High initiative, resourceful, and well-developed analytical skills. High tolerance of ambiguity. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to clearly communicate ideas to various audiences. Ability to function in highly stressful situations. Ability to learn quickly. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Experience 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role. Knowledge of broadcast technology and systems. Experience using MAM, AWS, Azure Cloud, Real-Time Graphics Engines, Linux, Windows 10 and Windows Server platforms are definite bonuses. Skills in RFP management and writing. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills of broadcast systems. MUST speak German. #J-18808-Ljbffr
