As a Placement Matching Specialist, your mission is to match interns with global companies by using creativity, persuasion, and relentless drive. Whether you’re already in an SDR, BDR, Sales Rep or recruitment role, or even looking for a career switch from another field, this is your chance to make a real impact in a rapidly growing team. The role will start as a 3-month full-time contract role, with potential to become permanent dependent on performance. What You’ll Be Doing Securing global opportunities by placing interns with innovative companies across industries and time zones. Leading the conversation in virtual meetings to present our interns and highlight the value of our internship programs. Building lasting partnerships by advising companies on intern selection and supporting them throughout the process. Sourcing smart through LinkedIn, cold outreach, creative networking, and any method that gets results. Keeping placements on track by managing key administrative steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process. (P.S.
