Role

Full-time placement with a growing small business. Strong preference for candidates based in Buenos Aires, Argentina (GMT-3). Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of practical SEO exposure and solid written and spoken English. We value character, reliability, and willingness to learn over a perfect skill set. You'll start in an entry-level capacity with a clear path to become a Junior Manager.

What you'll do

Execute foundational SEO tasks guided by clear SOPs, including on-page updates, internal linking, basic technical checks, local listings, and supporting content briefs. Maintain simple dashboards, track rankings and traffic, and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with writers and designers to ensure deliverables meet SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research and competitor snapshots to identify quick wins. QA websites for indexing, metadata, 404s and redirects, page titles, and H1s, and raise blockers early. Document improvements so processes get better every month.

What you'll learn

You'll move quickly through a structured training program and strong SOPs. Expect hands-on learning in modern on-page strategy, practical technical SEO, local SEO for Google Business Profiles and citations, reporting that business owners understand, and project ownership and communication that set you up for Junior Manager responsibilities.

You bring 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency, freelance, or in-house) or adjacent experience with clear SEO fundamentals. You communicate clearly, follow through, ask good questions, and like well-defined processes. You take initiative, spot issues early, and propose simple fixes. You care about real business outcomes, not just vanity metrics. Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify is helpful but not required.

Growth path

Begin by executing proven playbooks with guidance. As you demonstrate consistency and judgment, you'll take on campaign ownership, light client communication, and mentoring of newer teammates, progressing toward a Junior Manager role.
