Requirements University or tertiary level student/graduate in Systems Engineering, computer’s science or similar. At least 10 years’ experience in similar positions in expertise technology, in the IT area, showing a satisfactory performance in multiple projects as an Architect / Technical Leader or Manager. Thorough understanding of the following: Cloud, API & Integration, System Architecture, DevOps, Microservices and Devops. Apigee & Google Cloud knowledge and certifications is a plus. Solid knowledge of architecture and design patterns. Intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies. Advanced knowledge of English. Soft skills in leadership, management and team building. Negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Teamwork and influencing the actions and decisions of others. Proactivity and strong results orientation. Preferences AWS Responsibilities Plan and lead initiatives to generate capacity and develop knowledge in Cloud and API technologies and related practices. Analsys, evaluation and adoption of the latest technologies and methodologies required to develop digital and cloud projects with quality. Work with the internal areas (delivery and HR) to coordinate and align technical knowledge and growth to business needs. Accompanying the carrer plans of work and practice team members, providing coaching and mentoring, assessing the technical knowledge and generating relevant training sessions in order to promote a professional development environment. Act as consultant defining, executing and supervising the projects´systems architecture, taking high-level design decisions and setting technical standards, complying with projects requirements in order to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Participate in activities related to advisoring, discovery and architecture workshops within the pre-sale framework. Carry out tasks aimed to generate the adoption of the best practices in all the stages of the software development process to ensure quality in different projects.
